Fees are based on a variety of factors including the type of event, the size of the event, what is required of the fighter, and the time commitment. Although we do not set the fees for the fighters, you can contact us at marketing@mmapperances.com for the most current fees. Expenses are in addition to the fee and can include first class airfare, hotel accommodations, transportation, meals and a stipend for additional expenses.
Q:We are a booking agency for Mixed Martial Artists and we exclusively work with the Mixed Martial Arts community.
Q:After we receive your request for a booking, we have an initial consultation to find out the needs for your event. Once we determine your needs, we provide you with a recommendation based on date, venue, location, availability and budget.
Q:We will assist you in coordinating dates and times in order to satisfy the specific travel needs of the particular fighter, but you are responsible, subject to approval, for booking the flights, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations.
Q:We do not have specific guidelines for contracting fighters in advance. If a fighter is available and their schedule permits them to make an appearance on the date of your planned event, we can confirm and book a fighter. If possible, we can book a fighter with as little as one (1) week notice. However, the more time in advance the booking is secured, the more time you have to plan, advertise and market the appearance.
Q:We require half of the deposit once the contract is signed and the final payment is due 1 week before the event.

Q:In cases of illness, accidents or travel problems, we can usually provide another fighter for your event. We have access to hundreds of fighters and can find a replacement if an unforeseen emergency or cancellation occurs.
